Megabass is a name that needs no introduction and this year are introducing a new squarebill named the Knuckle 60 that has two lip positions so that the angler can adjust the depth they are fishing without changing baits.
Furthermore, by changing the lip position, you alter the wobble so that you effectively get two different actions. These baits will come in some of Megabass’s most popular colors and will be available soon.
If you’ve never seen it, the Giant Dog-X is a walk-the-dog style bait that features very high quality finishes along with a unique walking action that will put up with hard snaps of the rod tip or subtle pulls.
The Megabass Pop Max sits a little bit lower than most poppers and has gill slits that spray water when the bait is retrieved for added commotion. Add to the that a dressed rear hook and higher than average line tie and you’ve got another proven winner.
Of all of the products that Megabass produces, the Ito Vision 110 is arguably the most well known. This year we will have the Vision 110 + 1. This jerkbait will run a little bit deeper than the original but will retain its three trebles as well as the exceptional finishes of its more senior sibling.
And finally, the x80 Trick Darter is there when you need a smaller offering. It too will be offered in a + 1 version that will run a bit deeper and should be an excellent tool for pressured fish, smallies and spotted bass.
